Because I am either in session or it is after hours, all questions should be sent by email. I no longer have anyone to answer the phones and calls WILL NOT be returned. I understand this is an inconvenience for some but it is much faser to receive an answer from me by email.
Because I have a paperless office once you make an appointment you will receive an invitation to a paitent portal. All new clients should complete intake paperwork through their patient portal. Minor accounts can ve accessed by the person resoibsible for making appointments and billling. The portal will be set up for you approximately one week before your appointment. You will receive an email and/or text when the portal is ready. This paperwork needs to be completed online before your first session to avoid having a delayed start.
