Rates:
Intake Session $150
$125 for each 50-minute individual, couples or marriage session.
I am currently in the process of credentialing to accept some of the major insurance plans. If I do not accept your insurance, I would be happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork so that you may file for reimbursement. You should contact your insurance company directly prior to seeing me, to determine your coverage benefits for out-of-network behavioral health providers. Your insurance carrier will be able to inform you about whether or not your sessions will be covered, what percentage will be covered, and their procedures for reimbursement.

If you do not see your carrier listed, call the number on the back of your insurance card. Many self-funded plans utilize provider lists from one of the major carriers listed below.

Keep in mind that most insurance companies limit sessions and require a medical diagnosis in order to reimburse expenses. Such a diagnosis will often end up in your permanent insurance record. We can discuss any questions or concerns that you have about insurance reimbursement if that's something you'd like to pursue.
